Aromatic teas originating from African farms now in Karibu Kaaawa offer

Cold winter days have arrived! It is a time when we most enjoy the warmth of our homes. Thus, Karibu Kaaawa has included several types of flavored teas in offer so you can enjoy it at your home.

For now, we have in offer herbal african tea that will win over everyone who enjoys in mint. This herbal tea is a refreshing, lovely fusion with sweet wild grown honeybush as a base blended with refreshing spearmint, lemongrass and red hibiscus which gives it a tarte note. Honeybush is naturally grown in the Tsitsikamma Mountains and goes just well with red hibiscus which is a lovely flower to blend and is perfectly grown in the climate of Shire Highlands. Together with lemongrass and spearmint, these herbs create a refreshing tea which is great brewed hot and even better on ice.

For those who prefer fruit teas, there is white tea combined with passion fruit and peach. White hibiscus passion & peach is a remarkable fusion tea with a unique processed single estate white tea as a base blended with small holder grown hibiscus, pieces of rosehip and slightly flavored with natural aromas of passion and peach. Red hibiscus is a lovely flower to blend with tea and the climate and the terroir in the Shire Highlands is perfect to have this flower grown. Enjoy this delicious tea for breakfast or on a chilled afternoon! Excellent as an Iced Tea too!

For black tea lovers, there is black tea combined with hibiscus. Black hibiscus is a remarkable fusion tea with a perfect twist between large leafed black tea with a sweet honey taste and small holder grown red hibiscus which gives it a fresh – tart aftertaste. This tea is directly sourced from Satemwa Tea Estate in Malawi and show how great the collaboration between Satemwa and small holders works. The result showed up in an outstanding sweet, fresh fusion that is ideal to enjoy as an iced tea on a hot summer day!
